During my time at HamrahCard, our team was given the responsibility of Increasing user satisfaction, My attention on user-centric design principles, strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, usability tests, and user observation helped me create a better user experience for the HamrahCard app. We maximized productivity and minimized error, and ultimately created user satisfaction. This was one of my good experiences and achievements.
